Deputy Dariga Nazarbayeva became head of the Social-Cultural Development Commission,
Romin Madimov now chairs the Agriculture Commission,
Rakhmet Mukashev heads Legal Reforms Commission,
Gulzhana Karagussova chairs Finance and Budget Commission,
Maulen Ashimbayev is chairman of International Affairs, Defense and Security Commission,
Aleksandr Milyutin chairs Ecology and Natur Use Commission,
Seitsultan Aimbetov heads Economic Reforms and Regional Development Commission.
Deputies of the new Majilis chose not to changE the number of members in the commissions or the names of the commissions.
